1. PAYMENT TERMS

a. All payments for GotBackup.fit storage services must be completed on time to maintain uninterrupted access to your data.

b. If a payment does not go through successfully, you will be notified immediately to resolve the issue.

 

2. GRACE PERIOD FOR DATA RETENTION

a. In the event of a failed payment, we will retain your data for a grace period of 60 days to allow you to resolve the payment issue.

b. During this grace period, you will not have access to your data until the payment issue is resolved.

 

3. DATA DELETION POLICY

a. If payment is not received within the 60-day grace period, all stored data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

b. Once the data has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.

 

4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

a. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure payment methods are up-to-date and that payments are processed successfully.

b. Users are encouraged to back up important files locally to avoid data loss due to non-payment.

 

5. NOTIFICATION

a. Users will receive reminders and notifications via email regarding failed payments and impending data deletion during the 60-day grace period.

b. It is the user’s responsibility to monitor and respond to these notifications.
